Cancellation Policy

We respectfully request a minimal 24 hour advance notice for adjustments or cancellations to your appointment. As a courtesy, we provide confirmation calls. If we are unable to reach you, please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and possible fees. A credit card is required to hold any reservation that is one and a half hour or longer. Half the cost of missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hour notice will be charged to your credit card.
